Inter Miami has a bevy of talent on its roster.
Not only did they sign Lionel Messi, Sergio Busquets, Luis Suarez, and Jordi Alba, but the Herons also have a myriad of young core players on the roster that will be the future of the team once the aforementioned retires or moves to another team.
Benjamin Cremaschi, Diego Gomez, Noah Allen, Facundo Farias and more have contributed meaningful minutes to the side in 2023.
Another name that has delivered for Miami time and time again has been a goalkeeper from California.
Stud Goalkeeper awarded with an international call-up

On January 5th, the United States Soccer Federation announced its roster for the upcoming friendly against Slovenia.
On the list was Inter Miami net minder Drake Callender.
Callender, 26, has been a stud in goal for the Herons, saving the team from conceding multiple times throughout the season.
This will be the ex-California man’s third call-up from the Stars and Stripes, though he’s yet to play in an official match for the US.
Unfortunately, due to the call-up, the 6’3 (1.91 m) goalkeeper will miss Inter Miami’s preseason match against El Salvador.

This year will not only be important for Callender, but for the rest of Inter Miami as well.
The Herons are set for a big 2024, filled with international tournaments, new players, and more. Not only have they signed striker Luis Suarez, but are also in talks with free agent wing back Julian Gressel.
If all goes to plan, then the Herons could challenge for MLS Cup.
With only two weeks til their first game of preseason, Miami is ready for whatever comes their way.
