Leonardo Campana has lifted the lid on how Luis Suarez now feels about playing for Inter Miami after the first few games of the MLS season.
The Uruguay international was Inter Miami’s big signing of the January transfer window with Suarez reuniting with Lionel Messi and Sergio Busquets in Florida, alongside Jordi Alba.
Despite some fitness concerns during pre-season, Suarez has now exploded onto the scene in a big way in America, with the 37-year-old scoring six goals and assisting five in all competitions already this season.
Luis Suarez ‘happy’ to be at Inter Miami, says Leandro Campana

And speaking to MLS’s official website, teammate Campana revealed that Suarez is feeling happy about playing with Inter Miami, where is now back with his best mates in the game in Messi.
Whilst the Argentine missed Saturday’s 3-1 win against DC United, it is clear that Suarez is loving life in Florida with Inter Miami, and the likes of Campana can see it already.
The Ecuador international said on Suarez: “Lucho [Suarez] is obviously a high-ranking player, as seen in the games he’s started in the league – scoring goals, enjoying what he knew how to do best.
“It makes me happy to see him score and enjoy himself here with Messi, with his friends and to know that he is happy.”
Luis Suarez could make Herons unstoppable this year

Suarez entered the new MLS season with a lot of question marks over his head, with many fans and pundits questioning whether the striker had the fitness to even perform for Inter Miami.
Seven games into his time with the Herons, and this myth has quickly evaporated, with Suarez the in-form player in MLS and a striker who could lead the Florida franchise to success this season.
If Suarez can stay fit, there’s no telling how far the striker can push Inter Miami, who could enjoy a historic year if the attacker can remain healthy and injury-free.
