Inter Miami’s pre-season friendly against Saudi Arabia side Al-Nassr could reportedly be cancelled due to Cristiano Ronaldo.
The 38-year-old Portuguese forward recently caused mayhem in China after Al-Nassr postponed two mid-season friendlies all due to Ronaldo pulling out of the tour due to injury.
As reported by the Sun, angry Chinese football fans stormed the team hotel after news broke that Al-Nassr had cancelled their fixtures, with Ronaldo apologising to supporters.

And according to the Guardian, there’s now a chance that Inter Miami’s clash against Ronaldo’s side next week could also be canned if the striker is still unable to play.
Indeed, Lionel Messi and company will be jetting out to the Middle East in the coming days to face both Al-Nassr and Al-Hilal, two of the biggest clubs in Saudi Arabia.
However, with Ronaldo’s fitness problems enough to cancel an entire pre-season tour of China, there’s a good chance that Inter Miami’s clash with Al-Nassr could be thrown out the window next week.
Cristiano Ronaldo should not be allowed to curtail Inter Miami’s pre-season plans

Cancelling an entire pre-season tour due to one player being injured is nothing short of obscure, but this is Ronaldo and Al-Nassr we’re talking about.
The former Real Madrid superstar has become a walking meme of himself since making the move to Saudi Arabia, a country who are more than willing to fuel Ronaldo’s ego.
And with Inter Miami set to land in the Middle East soon, the Herons can’t afford to let Messi’s long-standing soccer rival get in the way of the MLS side’s pre-season plans.
As we know, Inter Miami are hoping to be as prepared as possible for the new MLS season, and Ronaldo can’t be allowed to mess current plans up for the Herons as they head to Saudi Arabia.
