Inter Miami will be switching kit sponsors in 2024.
According to Footy Headlines, Miami will be displaying the logo of local cruise ship company Royal Caribbean on their jerseys next season.
This alleged switch comes as no surprise. The announcement of the collaboration was revealed on August 25th, with little to no fanfare. In the press release, Miami states that Royal Caribbean and the club have entered into an ‘unprecedented, multiyear partnership,’ including the rights to become the team’s main sponsor.
The organization didn’t explicitly say Royal Caribbean was its new jersey sponsor, but given the context clues and reports from Footy Headlines, it’s highly likely.
The South Florida club has been representing current shirt sponsors XBTO since 2021. The crypto company, founded in 2015, has been a steady partner for Miami for two years.
Next season, it appears that the Herons will break ties with the company in favor of Royal Caribbean.
Inter Miami’s jerseys

The demand for Inter Miami’s jerseys have skyrocketed since Messi joined the team.
According to the New York Times, Messi’s pink Miami home kit has become the second best-selling jersey in all of North America.
As 2024 creeps near, Miami will make sure its brand reaches all parts of the globe.
Club co-owner David Beckham has already spoken about how he wants to take Inter Miami global and make them recognized worldwide: “You see the Yankees hat and straight away you know what it is. I want people walking around in our baseball caps knowing that’s a Miami cap, that’s a Miami brand. Even if you’re not a soccer fan, you want to wear the jersey and the cap.”
Though some fans may want Inter Miami to focus on the football aspect of the club, branching out is one of the team’s goals.
In the end, if Miami continue to win on the field, then expanding the brand won’t be a bad business idea.
