Apple TV pundit Kaylyn Kyle has admitted that Luis Suarez has already proven her wrong at Inter Miami after the striker’s game-winning performance against DC United.
The Uruguay international came off the bench to score a brace as Suarez rescued a win for Inter Miami in the US capital, with the Herons winning their first game in months without Lionel Messi in the squad.
With the most goal contributions now out of any player in MLS this season, Suarez’s adaptation to American soccer has been quick and seamless, with the forward proving many pundits wrong.
Kaylyn Kyle admits Luis Suarez is proving her wrong at Inter Miami

And speaking on MLS Wrap-Up, former Canadian international Kyle is one such pundit who has admitted she got it wrong when predicting how Suarez would do this season at Inter Miami.
The former NWSL superstar, like many, though Suarez wouldn’t be able to handle the physicality of MLS, yet the Inter Miami no. 9 has shown that he is coping just fine in Florida with his new team.
Kyle said when asked about Suarez’s form this season with Inter Miami: “Class is class, and I was the first person to say that Suarez looked rough in pre-season.
“He looked like he was carrying a knock in his knee and I didn’t think he was mobile enough given how transitional MLS can be, yet he’s made this league look easy. Two games with two goals, that’s difficult to do, and doing it without Messi, other players are starting to step up.”
Herons need to be careful with how much they use Luis Suarez

Like with Messi, Inter Miami need to be cautious with how much they’re using Suarez with the 37-year-old striker quite literally on his last legs in terms of his fitness.
Yet with the Herons now understanding that Messi needs as much as possible, we could see something similar with Suarez, who started the game against DC United on the bench.
Indeed, the Uruguay international is an atomic weapon of a player to bring on for the final 20 minutes of a match, and Inter Miami need to ensure that Suarez is as healthy as possible if the Herons are to win silverware this season.
