The magic of playing alongside Lionel Messi appears to be as strong as ever with new Inter Miami signing Telasco Segovia calling it ‘unbelievable.’
Inter Miami signed attacking midfielder Segovia from Casa Pia in a $2.5m deal and will be looking for him to build a strong connection with Messi.
Segovia recently revealed his will to win titles with Inter Miami and called the move a ‘dream’ signing.
Despite only being with the Herons for a few weeks he has instantly recognised the quality that Messi brings to training.

Segovia praises Messi
New manager Javier Mascherano has been a big fan of Segovia for some time and explained how he often called his Argentinian youth sides trouble when he was playing for Venezuela.
The 21-year-old is yet to be seen in an Inter Miami shirt in pre-season where the team are currently unbeaten.
However, Segovia has been included in Inter Miami’s Concacaf Champions Cup squad for the game against Sporting Kansas City.
While Segovia has yet to take to the field for the Herons, Messi has played regular minutes in the preseason scoring two goals, his impact is also being felt on the training field.
Segovia told Televen: “Being his [Messi] teammate is unbelievable, he is my childhood hero, I always watched his games on TV. He is an incredible player, but training with him is different, it is difficult to describe the sensations, besides everything he is an excellent person, he has helped me a lot.”
His words have been supported by fellow Herons newbie Fafa Picault who also praised Messi’s impact in training. Despite growing in age his quality and demands are not dropping.

Segovia will be looking to make impact before MLS opener
With the MLS season just a few weeks away Segovia will be looking to get some minutes into his legs in Inter Miami’s final pre-season games.
The Herons have a clash against Orlando City FC coming up and an important game against Sporting Kansas City in the Concacaf Champions Cup.
Segovia will be looking to take the field alongside Messi and co as he looks to establish himself as a first-team regular.
Inter Miami face New York City FC in the opening MLS game of the season on February 22.
