Tata Martino has teased that Gregore will partner Sergio Busquets in the Inter Miami midfield for next season.
Speaking to the Miami Herald, the Herons manager lauded the Brazilian after his performance against Charlotte FC, with Gregore returning from a long-term injury.
Martino said: “Gregore played an hour with intensity, partnered well with [Sergio] Busquets, so looking ahead to next season, having Gregore back was the best news for us.”

With Inter Miami yet to settle on a midfield shape since Busquets’ arrival, Gregore’s display last night would have inspired Martino going into next year.
The Herons will be early favourites for the 2024 MLS championship, and Gregore being fit and healthy could see the 29-year-old start alongside Busquets.
Indeed, Gregore has shown he is more than good enough to star in MLS, and Inter Miami could find themselves in good hands with the South American starting in midfield.
Gregore is a perfect partner for Busquets at Inter Miami

Having spent the majority of the season out on the treatment table, Gregore ending the year back on the pitch is a welcome sight for Inter Miami fans.
And heading into next year, the Brazilian could be an ideal partner for Busquets in the midfield, even if a new signing in the position might already be on Martino’s mind.
2024 is being billed as a big year for Inter Miami. And for Gregore, the midfielder could be ready for the best season of his career to date alongside a soccer legend in Busquets.
