Stoke City reportedly still hold an interest in signing Inter Miami defender Noah Allen after the teenager went on trial at the English club.
The Championship side are currently looking for options in the January transfer market, with the Potters keeping tabs on Allen after spending two weeks with Stoke for observation.
The 19-year-old left-back was a regular for Inter Miami last season, but with Jordi Alba set to be the main starter in the position, a decision to leave Florida could be on the cards for Allen.

And according to Stoke on Trent Live, the second-tier English side are still keeping tabs on the teenage defender, who could be tempted by a move across the Atlantic.
Indeed, Allen is one of the most exciting defensive talents in MLS and already a full USA Youth international at U-20 level.
And whilst staying with Inter Miami and training alongside Alba and Lionel Messi would be a dream, the regular minutes in the Championship could be too good a chance for Allen to pass up.
Noah Allen really has to consider his Inter Miami future

Heading into the 2024 MLS season, it’s pretty clear that Allen will go into the campaign as backup for Alba, unless the veteran defender is out injured.
And whilst this role alone might warrant Allen 15 to 20 appearances next season, these minutes could be better spent in England in the Championship, where the teenager is good enough to compete in.
Although Inter Miami might fight hard to keep hold of Allen, an offer from Stoke might be too tempting for the defender to reject, with Europe the ultimate end goal for most players in MLS.
