Aston Villa are reportedly desperate to sell Philippe Coutinho this summer, with the Brazilian again linked with a move to Inter Miami.
The 31-year-old playmaker remains out on loan with Qatari side Al-Duhail, where Coutinho has struggled for form this season despite leaving Villa for the year.
Coutinho had once thrived at Villa Park but the former FC Barcelona star’s form quickly ran out after the sacking of Steven Gerrard and appointment of Unai Emery, who has since taking Villa to incredible heights.

And according to Birmingham Live, Villa are keen to offload Coutinho this summer, with Inter Miami still in the chase to sign the South American forward heading into the transfer window.
Once at Barcelona with Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Sergio Busquets, it makes sense why Coutinho’s name has emerged as a potential transfer target for Inter Miami.
Lauded as ‘exceptional’ by former Liverpool teammate Roberto Firmino, Coutinho is a player who could thrive in MLS given where the Brazilian now is in his career.
However, Inter Miami might not be ideal for the 31-year-old, especially with the Herons already pushing the limits in recent weeks on what is allowed in regards to MLS spending.
Herons need to give Philippe Coutinho a miss this summer

With Inter Miami spending big this winter to sign Suarez, Julian Gressel and Federico Redondo, adding a player of Coutinho’s reputation would be quite the move.
Yet with the Herons splashing out as much as they did earlier this year and other MLS clubs expected to make big moves in the market, signing Coutinho would be an unusual decision.
Indeed, Coutinho to MLS is a move that would suit the Brazilian, but to Florida in particular might be something the winger wants to avoid given what Inter Miami have done this year already.
