Another superstar has spoken out about a potential move to Inter Miami in the future.
In an interview with TUDN, Chile International Alexis Sanchez expressed his desire to one day move to the United States: “I would also like [to experience] another culture, another language, I would like to perfect my English, I would like to live in Los Angeles, Miami, I don’t know, I don’t have anything concrete right now, I’m focused on the Champions League with Inter and doing my best”.
Furthermore, Sanchez mentioned he wants to try playing in LIGA MX as well, but that he’s ultimately focusing on his career with current club, Inter Milan.
If the 34-year-old joins Inter Miami in the future, he’ll be the latest superstar to make the move to Fort Lauderdale.
With Lionel Messi, Jordi Alba, and Sergio Busquets already on the squad and the potential addition of Luis Suárez in the winter, Miami could re-create the MLS edition of Real Madrid’s Galacticos with ex-Barcelona players.
Inter Miami’s future superstars?

Many fans and pundits will be skeptical of Inter Miami adding another aging superstar to its ranks.
Should Sanchez’s hypothetical move to Miami come to fruition, he’d likely be 35 by the time he joined the team.
Until then, Miami will make do with the roster it has.
The trio of Messi, Busquets, and Alba is a good foundation to have. As Inter Miami looks towards 2024, they’ll want to remedy the mistakes that saw them fail to make the playoffs. A shaky defensive line and no attack outside of Messi caused the men in pink to miss out on the post-season.
Next year will be a brand-new season of opportunity for the Herons.
With reports suggesting that Suarez will join the club, and a full off-season of rest for Miami’s big three, the South Florida team will undoubtedly be one of the favorites to challenge for MLS Cup.
