Top European clubs reportedly think new Inter Miami signing Federico Redondo has the potential to become an ‘elite’ midfielder.
The Herons surprised everyone earlier this month by landing the 21-year-old Argentine youth international, reportedly beating FC Barcelona and Real Madrid to Redondo’s signature.
The South American talent is regarded as one of the most unique prospects in soccer and a player who could have made the jump to Europe already, though Inter Miami were the side that won out.
European clubs predict Inter Miami signing Federico Redondo to become ‘elite’

And according to the Guardian, European sides are already predicting Redondo to become an ‘elite’ talent, with the midfielder set to make his debut for Inter Miami in the coming weeks.
Signed for just $8m, Inter Miami might have landed on a potential bargain with the former Argentinos Juniors star if the midfielder can hit the ground running in MLS.
And with some of soccer’s biggest clubs already predicting Redondo to make it, Inter Miami could soon find themselves in a position where they can sell the youngster for big bucks in a few years.
However, with such hype and excitement comes pressure, and Redondo will now have to perform if he is to one day win his dream move to Europe, something Inter Miami will want to one day achieve.
Pressure is now for new midfield sensation to succeed

Pressure can make or break an athlete in this sport, with the best often using this feeling to push themselves to become better and to dominate the world of soccer.
And Inter Miami will be hopeful this happens to Redondo, who arrives in MLS with a massive reputation and potential promise of being good enough to one day move to Europe.
As a result, the youngster can’t let such a thing get to him this season, with Redondo aware that he will need to perform if he is to secure a massive transfer to one of the world’s best having succeeded at Inter Miami.
