Inter Miami’s preseason has officially kicked off!
The Herons have already played the likes of El Salavdor and FC Dallas in preparation for the 2024 season.
Now, the Fort-Lauderdale-based side will be traveling to Asia.
On January 25th, the Herons landed in the capital of Saudi Arabia as they got ready to take on Al-Hilal and Al Nassr.
Despite having a jam-packed schedule, the Herons are ready for the challenge.
“These matches will offer important tests for our team, which will benefit us as we approach the new season,” said Chris Henderson, Chief Soccer Officer and Sporting Director.
“We’re excited for our group to get the chance to go up against teams with as much quality as Al-Hilal and Al Nassr.”

Fans can watch Inter Miami take on Al-Hilal and Al Nassr on Apple TV.
The Heron’s first two matches were streamed for free on MLSoccer.com, but know they will likely be moved behind a paywall. If not, then it will be streamed for free.
After missing the playoffs in 2023, the Herons have made it a point to remedy the mistakes that plagued them last year.
“We’re looking at everything to [improve the squad.] We have high hopes for 2024, and we want to show what we can do as a club,” Henderson stated at his end-of-year conference.
“Winning trophies and having high ambition is something we’ve had since day one.”
Though the match against Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nassr will be highly anticipated, ultimately Miami will be treating this like any other match.
