Inter Miami fans are salivating at the chance to see Luis Suárez play for Inter Miami.
According to Spanish paper El Pais, several Inter Miami supporters are excited to watch the Uruguayan potentially play for their team.
“I would like to see how he adapts to soccer in the United States because in Brazil he is breaking it,” said one fan.
Another supporter added on, saying that the fans will give Suárez a warm welcome: “I hope things work out, we welcome him here with open arms. Miami is going to love him, he is Messi’s friend, so we are going to receive him well.”
Rumors about the 36-year-old joining the South Florida club have grown hotter as the winter window approaches.
Miami manager Tata Martino even hinted that the team has the striker in its 2024 plans.
If the Salto-born man joins Inter Miami in January, he’ll be reunited with ex-Barcelona teammates Lionel Messi, Jordi Alba, and Sergio Busquets.
Inter Miami’s super team?

Suárez has been linked with a move to Inter Miami for several months.
There were even reports from ESPN suggesting that the South Florida team was after his services in July.
Unfortunately, the move didn’t come to fruition.
Should Suarez join the squad his winter, he’ll be an integral part of Miami’s attack.
His incredible form for Gremio has the Imortal Tricolor sitting 3rd in the Brazilian Serie A. His known chemistry with Messi will bring energy to a Miami attack that was over-reliant on the Argentine in 2023. Furthermore, Suárez’s experience playing in Europe will be a positive influence on Miami’s youngsters.
As the Herons shift focus to 2024, the Uruguayan will be a main talking point throughout the off-season.
When Suárez officially signs for Miami, expect the Herons to be one of the favorites to challenge for MLS Cup.
