Atletico Madrid superstar Antoine Griezmann could be the next big name to join Inter Miami, as several MLS clubs have reportedly made an offer for him.

The France international has three years left to run in the Spanish capital, although there is now concern at Atletico that he could be tempted by a move at the end of the season.

A report from SPORT has claimed that several unnamed sides in the MLS have made several offers to him, but it seems unlikely that Atletico would be willing to sell one of their most important players cheaply, unless he pushes for a move.

Griezmann was one of the best players in La Liga and at the World Cup last summer, and as a former Barcelona player, he could be tempted to join Lionel Messi, Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba in Miami.

Could Griezmann come to Miami?

If he does indeed become available, and is interested in a move to MLS, then Miami could surely be a likely destination next summer.

Griezmann, who Alan Shearer described as a “super talent” during the World Cup, has previously expressed his admiration for co-owner David Beckham, and admitted that he would love to play in MLS like Messi one day.

If Griezmann does move to MLS, it would be a huge signing. As a World Cup and Europa League winner, he has been one of the best attackers in Europe for the best part of a decade, and it would be a huge blow for Atletico Madrid if he were to leave.

It has been mooted that he would prefer to move to MLS at this stage of his career, with the 32-year-old keen to follow Messi to a lower-pressure environment than La Liga, as well as potentially enjoying a fresh start as one of the league’s stars.
