Inter Miami is slowly, but surely, preparing for the new year.
Not only are they revamping the roster but every department around the organization as well.
“We’re evaluating every department in our front office and performance staff, to support [Tata Martino] and his staff and all the players to make sure we’re performing everywhere in the club,” Henderson said in his end-of-year conference.
The Herons are committing to challenging for MLS Cup this season, Henderson even said as much: “Winning trophies and having high ambition is something we’ve had since day one.”
Already, the club has added the likes of striker Luis Suarez and is in talks to add MLS Cup-winning wing back Julian Gressel.
With the MLS transfer window open until April 5th, here is an updated list of ins and outs on Inter Miami’s roster.
Confirmed transfers in

So far, only the aforementioned Suarez has been brought into the club.
Additionally, former Columbus Crew defender/midfielder Julian Gressel is reportedly close to joining the team.
As far as rumors go, Miami has been linked with Boca Juniors midfielder Cristian Media, defender Marcos Rojo and River Plate center back David Martinez.
Confirmed transfers out
The players that have left Inter Miami over the off season have been winger Jake LaCava, midfielder Victor Ulloa, defenders Leandro Gonzalez Pirez and Kamal Miller, forward Josef Martinez, and midfielder Dixon Arroyo.
Miller just recently left the club in a trade with the Portland Timbers. Inter Miami received $625,000 in General Allocation Money and an international roster spot in return. Arroyo, LaCava, and Martinez’s options were declined, whilst Ulloa was out of contract.
Gonzalez Pirez will stay at River Plate, where he initially was on loan.
Academy
Youngster Santiago Morales signed an Inter Miami first-team contract on September 12th. At only 16 years old, Morales still has some way before he gets first-team minutes, but he’s a highly talented prospect.
