Luis Suarez could reportedly stay at Gremio next year despite recent rumors suggesting that the striker is heading to Inter Miami.
According to Brazilian publication GZH, the Uruguay international’s head has started to turn in recent days over a potential move to MLS in order to stay with Gremio for an extra year.
Suarez has been in sensational form for the Brazilian giants this season with the attacker scoring 14 goals and registering ten assists in 29 league matches for Gremio.

And now, there is a small chance that Suarez could reject a move to MLS to reunite with Lionel Messi at Inter Miami to stay in Brazil for another year.
Indeed, such a move would be a hammer blow for Tata Martino’s side, who have been strongly linked with a move for Suarez heading into the 2024 winter window.
And now, there’s a small chance that this grand transfer plan can come crashing down, with Suarez snubbing Inter Miami something few fans would have predicted just a few days ago.
Inter Miami have to convince Suarez to join them in 2024

Suarez has emerged as Inter Miami’s main target heading into the new year, and missing out on the veteran striker now would be a huge embarrassment for the Herons.
As a result, the MLS side need to go out there and do all they can to convince Messi’s former FC Barcelona teammate to make the move to Florida rather than staying in Brazil.
Given how good the striker has been this year, Suarez could be dynamite in America and would make Martino’s side one of the most dangerous in all of MLS.
However, all of that means nothing if Suarez decides to stay with Gremio, and Inter Miami have to start putting in the work to sigh the striker soon.
